Why still have him have a second ending and not just end his journey in yharnam with the Sunrise Ending. Not only would it solve the question on how he managed to leave the hunt but also remove his connection with the Hunter's Dream. Maybe write something on how he still retains his powers like regaining it when he gains a falna.

Also what true ending? The one where you take gherman's place or become a great one. The dirst one doesn't really remove you from the world of bloodborne since he will be bound to it and the second one comppetely turns bell from a human to a great one, completely making him act differently almost similarbto a god with a different mindset.

Also romance, really? Bell has been subjected to things that broke the minds of greater men than him. Romance is probably the last thing on his mind, he would probably be similar to Ais but much worse. This is the problem with some Bloodborne fanfic is that they don't really take into account the mental damage that comes with being subjected to the eldritch horror of bloodborne and the prospect of being killed over and over again. Sure you may still be alive but that doesn't mean that all of it wasn't painful to experience.

I'm interested to see where this is going as the few Bloodborne x Danmachi fanfic haven't really been continued.

Like Nelllucifer suggested, I like the idea of the no god and use the doll as patreon god cause after all the eldritch horror and “God” thing he went through, I’ll find it hard for him to trust any god or barely anyone at all.

You could make it so that bell got somewhat of a ptsd or trust issue from the hunter dream/nightmare but cause it’s bell he’ll try to fix it or try to be open minded

At first it seems like a weird idea to do this but the more i read you indepth idea it seems more possible than before as it would remove a lot of the annoyances of he running around like a chicken with out a head for most of the start. I do hope that at least one chapter or more take place in the 'Hunter's Dream' instead of just glossing over all of that just stating "It happened" and moving on. With Bell being with Loki allows both Ais and Tiona to get closer to them with out having to jump through a lot of hoops and brief chance meetings. which as much as the Familia visits Mia's pub makes sense he would also be drawn to Ryu as well so all three would be nice.

Two ideas:
1. You can force him to relive the hunt by heavily implying that this is not the same hunt but one taking place latter when Yharnam caused another outbreak.
2. You could have him end up with Loki. That would be an interesting pairing.

I wonder if someone is going to eventually write a crossover with Elden Ring. There have already been crossovers with Bloodborne and dark souls.

Honestly, the harem trope was used so much that it became annoying, though, I think it would be much better if he was not interested in the fairer sex... given the hell he went through, relationships seem to be... not a priority for a long time. (But you do you)

And speaking of Familia, you could, go without one, after all, you have the Doll acting as your Patron God, or you can go with less known gods (OCs or not)

Lastly, speaking of OP and derailing the story. Following the same events and actions as the original story, or slightly but similar events is, I guess, boring for people who expect something new or a POD.
