You have very good OCs developed so far, might want to consider writing in the direction of polygamy since it is a very common Greek trait. It also lets you develop the story more via slow burn. But who knows, guess we will have to wait until chapter 21.

Did a damn fine job getting a lot of info out without feeling too much like a heavy info dump. I felt engaged the entire time and that's definitely not always the case. Some of my favorite stories would be about 100 times better if they weren't constantly dropping down manual levels of info on me.

besides that hopefully my last review gave you some new ideas and shit, you handled the info chap pretty well I'd say didn't feel like an info dump but obviously not as exciting as others because it was essentially a chapter for expo, but then again i dk if its just me but any chapter that doesn't have percy being a badass seems a bit lackluster in comparison but thats not your fault his badassness just overshines the others, which means you've delivered on your promise of a badass dark percy, so kudos bro! besides that all ive got to say is remember to keep power scaling in mind, hes just exploring his new powers so i hope he will be much stronger then coa in the long run because while coa was a physical power boost more then anything else this seems to be more on the magical side of things so im really interested in what you do with it, i still dont quite understand what the tarterean has to do with this tho? since hes half ardwyri these powers are his own and have nth to do with the tarterean im interested to see what exactly he can do with this domain besides just increased water powers and control over the primal sea, can't wait to see what your cooking up. I think the reason ppl like dark percy stories so much is that yes even tho hes a hero and meant to do good, sometimes the good guys have to do bad things to make the bad guys pay (10 points for getting that ref) annabeth and rest of the demigods self righteous bullshit really gets on my nerves sometimes so i dont particularly like her and the others that think like her, also percys dependence on her really impedes him and limits him, but what im getting at is the reason people like dark percy fics is it shows them a version of there fav character that isn't limited by his prideful and close minded gfs views and what others would think of him, it allows him to spread his wings and develop both in character and in powers unimpeded and unburdened by others views of him, its not the "darkness" specifically that attracts ppl to dark percy stories but rather him realizing the potential that rick never explored just because he wanted everyone to have a role in the end instead of it being just a percy curb stomp, over the series we repeatedly see him do feats and we think finally hes gonna explore in theae powers and experiment and actually freaking GROW! But no it was just back to what will ppl think of me and being afraid and tbh kind of a wuss. I have a feeling that might be what you're trying to go for and cant wait to see it

another wonderful chapter! there is so much going on here and to be honest it was well worth the wait. the context you gave us quite a lot to deal with and it definitely gives a personal feeling to the story and the characters grief and anger. the actions of good old thunder thighs never cease to amaze me and even if it is a bit ooc i think you've got most of the gods mannerisms thing i would like to see more of is including descriptions of what the majority of the demigods are going through. at the moment they don't understand anything and their camps are on the verge of war. to be honest im going to be rereading the entire story soon and once again id like to offer my beta services if you would like that. i really liked this chapter and as such you will probably get another review from me shortly
