Percy taking on and winning against Tartarus seemed a bit too much power for him but I guess using your own blood is something that gives a free pass in these scenarios

An interesting start. I enjoyed it. Though I swear if you replace Percy's water powers with shadows... I've seen it many times and it always sucks. Not to say that nyx can't mess with him or whatever Tartarus' last curse was but his connection to Poseidon and his domains is what has got him this far.
