Reviews for Robert Reforged |

![]() ![]() Robert is so unreasonable here His cousin, the son of a crazy man, read a bunch of prophesies his family has tried to unravel for centuries, went to an island that has a known cult on it, was given a bowl of who knows what, dreamt of a known dead man, who told him to have sex with his fiancé, to have a chosen one baby, to fight a bunch of frozen zombies, to finish a war that began thousands of years ago. Perfectly reasonable, I see no flaws in his argument |
![]() ![]() ![]() Yep, im invested in this fiction, its awesome! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This story is absolutely fantastic. All 36 of the chapters thus far have held me in a death vice, and I find myself eager for the next update! Keep going! |
![]() ![]() I like «Wearing Robert's Crown» by drakensis. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Finally caught up on this story, and I really like it; intriguing plot, and very well-written. I especially like how you're having Robert learn from his past mistakes and work at becoming a better person, but you don't always make it easy for him to avoid the pitfalls that tripped him up last time, and you don't have the gods do too much to smooth the way for him even though he's their chosen champion. Looking forward to seeing where you go next and how things play out with Rhaegar now that it seems he's also showing some signs of latent Targaryen madness. Keep up the good work! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've been having this sense of dread since the prince found them taking off Lynne's armour that the rebellion is going to play out the same except with her actually being kidnapped this time around. |
![]() ![]() I hope Ned and Ashara end up together especially since while Brandon seems like he should be in canon seeing his attitude didn't make him even a bit likable to me so I hope Ashara ends up as Lady of winterfell with Jon as their son and heir |
![]() ![]() ![]() What ever happens next shit is about to hit the fan very soon in this story Great story so far |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is absolutely outstanding! |
![]() ![]() ![]() All caught up |
![]() ![]() ![]() it is good I piled the chapters because it won't be satisfying enough to read one by one |
![]() ![]() ![]() O.O Whoa, I did not expect that. So much for being able to bring Lyanna to the Stormlands. This is going to be... challenging. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great chapter, thank you. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm really disappointed that you decided against killing him, as was hinted at in the cliffhanger. In my opinion, the story loses a lot by not going in that direction. Rhaegar is essentially irrelevant to the plot after he failed to woe Lyanna (except maybe in that Bloodraven plotline). Using his death as a catalyst for a major conflict in the overall story had a lot of potential. Imagine Robert’s reputation taking a hit, with people seeing him as nothing more than the Mad King’s lapdog—or even a war breaking out. Once the Mad King's heir is slain, you can never predict what he might do next. Yes, the King gave permission, but all it would take is a single whisper from Varys to stir up chaos. There were so many possibilities, and with some creativity, I think it could have elevated the story to new heights. On the other hand, I feel kinda worried after that AN at the end, as it gives me a pretty strong energy that the next few chapters might be the last before the story is abandoned; I’ve grown to like this story quite a lot and it would be such a shame to see it go so soon :( |
