Assuming Saitama never takes notice of who he actually is and in the even he does, Izuku somehow manages to convince the man to leave him be. Which oughta be something of a great challenge by itself, since depressed Saitama can be deceptively smart when he wishes - one withouth that issue would be even sharper.

I feel I have to advise some against including Saitama, even as a cameo - Tatsumaki and Fubuki are fine, ain't the first and won't be the last time they're used (even if it makes more sense to me character wise that they'd be his sisters or aunts than mother) but Saitama?

Forget about Toshinori and All for One, how exactly is Izuku supposed to deal with Saitama? Sure, the man just about always tries to talk things out first, but he also always chooses the heroic option of doing things which then leads to about 99.999999% of those in his verse threatening the world dying within the first hit or two

And especially since here, you've got him actually on the recovery bend from his depression which thus makes it even more likely that he'd end up deciding to do something about Moriarty, even if one of his wives would rather he not do so

Sure, easiest thing would be to have him also think the MHA hero system and society in general is fucked, but I still ain't sure that'd be enough for him to just let Izuku go
