yet (somehow) his/their school gets involved in the TWT. (thou why they would agree to go, given what has gone on, escapes me!)
Thus creating a potential problem, except not realty. Since participation is limited to 'of age' students, it follows that the visiting schools would only bring a that segment of the student body.
Thus Harry (and Hermione) would not be there, and so 'safe' from having his name drawn.
except, based on the last lines that isn't so.
suggesting to me, like JKR, you ignore major plot holes where they 'get in the way' of your plot line.

There is hardly a single paragraph in this whole chapter that doesn’t have an error in it. Further proofreading is definitely required.

There are so many errors in this it is hard to read. Not only do you make all the same grammatical mistakes you made in your ‘Tempest’ story, there are innumerable poor typing/word choices. Get a better beta.

Its crazy how Umbridge flirting should be assault lmaooo. Not that i disagree.

Was hoping Dumbles was not reading Riddles diary... As he was already showed his true colors by annexing Harry at a young age.
I kept thinking of Hermione and her parent's story would be used by Wandwood to scalp more students. Inform the parents of the fertility charms the English Government adds to Muggleborn parents, the subpar healing, lack of job prospects etc...
