Twice in this chapter - two people decided to 'fight their battles' when it suited them, not when someone else [legal or illegal (Ron)] would force them too.

The first was the rules of a duel - the second was the chance to tell your story yourself - which also aided in the upcoming trial of his 'employer'.

John and Paulina have finished their task and set the upcoming assignment for the influential people of the WW. The Unspeakables didn't seem to like not being completely trusted.

I didn’t think about the “American Potters” not having influence in Wizengamot to make changes. The Amelia and Sirius scene makes for a nice little twist as we head into the homestretch.
Very good chapter.

So Ron replaced the role Draco should have done and Amelia and Serius are now "in the know". I think I can already see that this fic is about to be finished. Thank you for this, please update again soon and make the ending a good one, not a rushed one.
