Whoa I knew this story would be excellent because I’ve read your works before but I didn’t expect this, even from the description! Now that William is in London it is only a matter of time before they are reunited thank goodness. The despair of being trapped in a marriage of that sort, I can imagine to a certain degree(I am divorced now) but not to that extent. I am looking forward to reading more!

I'm hooked. Don't know why this is so appealing, but it really really is.

I don't like this phrase. It makes it seem that Elizabeth is channeling her inner Caroline and worrying about social status. I don't think that would have counted so large in Elizabeth's mind.

To me, the only acceptable reason for Elizabeth to re-marry (unless she loved someone) would be for her children, not her social status. She was still wealthy, still connected to the Fitzwilliams.

She would want her sons to have a man's influence, but she had the Colonel who could have been a strong elder cousin to the boys.

At last, Will is starting to remember. I am excited to see ODC meet again...finally.
How will Darcy find her if she is on the continent? I'm gonna cry...

I also don't see how Elizabeth could be considered to be a bigamist. It was typical situation If all people have thought Mr Darcy dead and he returned, she must go to Mr Darcy, her children from second would be legal and go to his father, lord.
