Fun start. I wonder how it will handle things when Taylor goes up against enemies that should be impossible to harm for an "athletic teen". Will it give her exact actions to take that will do the impossible, or will it tell her how she should convince others to do her bidding so that they can kill the "unkillable" together?

The last option might not be much help if she is suddenly in the path of Leviathan...

Hell yeah! This is an awesome idea, and it has great potential.

I foresee massive amounts of chaos. This shard not being restricted is going to end up giving Contessa and Coil (among many others) fits when their powers can not work against it. And the abstract concepts aspect has huge possibilities, as Taylor has already figured out. Path to ending PRT corruption, anyone?
