This was so good! The skin swap is a really intriguing element and I'm excited to see what happens with it.

I really liked seeing Natasha’s perspective, missing Clint and not really understanding the person he is now, given that he’s gone through things she doesn’t even know about. That Clint can’t even properly look at her is awful. Even if they can’t talk about them, at least they can talk about the mission, I guess? I’m not surprised that Natasha saw the scar on Clint’s arm. Given that Clint hasn’t heard anything from Natasha and has been through a huge ordeal, it’s no wonder that he’s so angry. It’s natural. Oof. I feel so bad for him. The description of Clint’s arm… that’s horrible. I wonder why he’s so desperate to not let Natasha see it… I’m pretty sure that Tony panicking is only making Clint panic even more. Grafting Loki’s skin onto Clint to see if they can give him magic, too, is so sick. *cries* Ugh. What is wrong with them?! I’m glad that they’re starting to put together more about what’s been going on with Loki. Dehumanization of him definitely sounds about right. Oof. Pierce being in on it… Oh boy. It’s gonna get messy. Only Tony would tell Fury that he wants him to “rein down hell”. Lol. Taking organs… Uh… just gonna hope not for Loki’s sake. *shudders* Clint realizing that Steve punched Ross in the face… Lol. Clint is so lucky that Steve was with him, since he was able to hear the movements before the attack came. No surprise that Rumlow is one of the attackers, given that this is HYDRA. Yay. Clint ending up with a concussion… Oof. Bucky being there in the extraction to get out Loki… Wow. Definitely didn’t see that one coming. Lol. I can’t blame Steve for freezing up like that when confronted with Bucky’s face. I liked Clint pulling the muzzle off Loki without even thinking about it so he can breathe properly. I cannot wait to see what will happen next! I loved this chapter so, so much! :D:D:D

I feel so bad for Clint. I can’t even imagine how badly screwed up he is mentally, after everything he’s been through. Oof. Him hardly even having the courage to demand answers about his indefinite imprisonment when before he would have done so without a second thought really shows how much he’s been changed. I would like to know what was done to Clint’s arm if it’s still hurting after a month… (I don’t think it’s been mentioned, but I might have forgotten, if it was. Lol.) I liked Fury trying to tell Clint that he didn’t want to leave him there, even if Clint doesn’t, and can’t, believe him. I really hope that Clint won’t end up going back there. He deserves so much better. The way you’re describing Clint’s thoughts and feelings about everything is awesome. I’m not surprised that he started having a panic attack. Oof. Pierce wanting to have Loki moved… Oh dear. Clint being blamed for Loki taking control of him is horrible. I liked Tony and Steve talking to each other, and Steve being dragged into helping Tony try to fix the power generator. Steve feeling useless because he used to be good with tools and machines, but he’s not anymore… Oof. Tony trying to coax Steve to open up was nice. I’m not surprised that Steve has serious questions about Loki trying to kill himself, and he’s sort of worried about him and what will happen to him. Loki overloading the system with enough power to completely short-circuit the motherboard is pretty impressive. “Steve feels a little like he's watching Tony dissect a corpse.” Lol. I really like that Bruce called Tony so he could listen in on the conversation between Bruce and Ross. Ross threatening to put Bruce into one of the cells in the Raft… Oof. That’s awful. I loved Tony and Steve going to where Bruce is as fast as they could, to protect him. I adore it when the Avengers are protective over each other! - Steve refusing to back down was the best! I totally did not crack up with he punched Ross. I’m not surprised that Bruce found that so amusing. (Especially if it was either laugh or freak out.) Jarvis having found something about Loki and what’s been done to him… Oof. I have a very bad feeling about what exactly Bruce found… I can’t wait to see what will happen next! I loved this chapter! :D
