Clark959 chapter 15 . 9/26 Very enjoyable. Take no prisoners! |
Strugglemuggle chapter 2 . 9/25 I read Shepherd's lines in Samuel Jackson's voice. Nice work. :) |
Lurker In The Highlands chapter 4 . 9/21 I take it this is the Steven Segal version of Aikido :P |
Guest chapter 15 . 9/19 I love it. |
WeisseHex chapter 2 . 9/1 Ohhh Yeah! Love IT! |
tricorvus chapter 15 . 9/1 I have not mentioned this yet, and I don't know if anyone else has. I like the pairing of Neville Longbottom with older woman Fleur De La Couer. I have never seen this pairing before. It's intriguing. It's one of those things "Things that make you go Hmmmm..." Rock on |
tricorvus chapter 8 . 8/31 Yes, because what a fine Champion you’ll be! What with the bravery displayed by sobbing aloud when you weren’t picked! Sorry I had to vent. This is a fantastic story and I really enjoyed the suggestion of the howler story. Went so far as to favorite and save that one. As this one also is being favorites and saved. Rock on |
BillBrink chapter 17 . 8/27 This was worth reading twice. Thanks once more. |
jaselp00 chapter 3 . 8/22 Delightful story so far. Love the fact you took the standard Dan and Emma Granger and gave it a twist. |
CommanderTreaty chapter 2 . 8/11 So Harry's reaper is SLJ from Pulp Fiction... Good to know. |
Zavod chapter 9 . 8/8 I'm a big fan of AU stories. But, over the years I've come less a fan of the arrogant-OP-Harry-who-knows-more-than-he-should trope. I do respect your choice of hinting at lemons instead of being explicit. |
Shiaira73 chapter 4 . 8/6 I LOVE the "Don't fear the Reaper" challenge stories. I've read just about all of them and despite the required similarities, they are all different and wonderfully entertaining. I am so happy to see another one up. You are doing a wonderful job! Thank you! |
Kai chapter 9 . 8/1 Ha! That Weasley/Prewett temper thing is something I've thought for the longest time now. But there is a solution. Calling Molly's and her children's meltdowns "Weasley tempers" seems wrong. Unless the Weasleys and the Prewetts have been intermarrying for so long and in exactly the way that they are still two distinct houses, but all attributes they have are distributed among all of them randomly. And since the accepted British pureblood attitude seems to be "incest is best, put your sister to the test"... The very pureblood Gaunts showed everyone how it's done, and the Blacks with Orion marrying his first cousin Walburga clearly have understood the lesson. So, why not the Weasley/Prewett family clan? |
Kai chapter 3 . 8/1 There were lotsa Americans in the Beyond - US and otherwise, right? Because as a proper Englishman Harry SHOULD have likened the truly stupid flight-from-Privet-Drive plan as a Heath Robinson plan. Honestly, that idea was worthy of being invented by Albus and Tom themselves sticking their heads together, and Hedwig was one of the most senseless deaths in the books. Ah, Hagrid apologist. I'm not, because that huge moron is bad enough even without Dumbledore pulling strings. Apart from violating the Statute of Secrecy even worse than Mouth Molly AND attacking a muggle child with magic he isn't allowed to wield at all, he left Harry alone after they came out of the bank, only because he needed a bucketful of booze in his moronic head. Remember, Lucius Malfoy was in Diagon Alley that day. A notice-me-not, a quick apparition, and a months long torture session for a child that didn't even know why it was so hated. By the way, Lucius Malfoy did not try and cast the Killing Curse on Harry Potter. Jason Isaacs tried to cast it at Daniel Radcliffe. It was the first incantation that he remembered and ad-libbed. Chris Columbus liked it and left it in. *lol* A "former colleague" of Shepherd shot Marvin in the face? Terrible, I'm sure. |
