More reborn people just killed the story for me. Even more so that the MC lost to them just when things were getting interesting with the war. I would've stuck with this story despite all of its other faults, but this final characteristic makes the story a chaotic mess. Its not even worth a follow now.

Good luck on developing your writing. Restraint from self-indulgence and focusing on the ART of telling a good story rather than what you think would be cool will help you improve in the future.

SI writing sin #1: More than one insert/OC. Readers prefer one SI who is at least somewhat intelligent and relatable. Dude readers tend to prefer badasses; OP or just highly competent. Chick readers tend to prefer lovey-dovey I'm-here-for-you-you're-here-for-me-let's-talk-about-ALL-our-emotions crap.

Also, non-binary is pretty lame for obvious reasons. If it really was partly a joke, then no one is laughing.

The overall story seems decent as of chapter 3, but I'm a sucker for Naruto SI/OC fan fiction. Still, the presentation of the story is definitely amateur level. There is much that could be fixed, but at least you have the basics down. Whether or not you have the control to prevent your story from unraveling due to excess self-indulgence later on remains to be seen.

Nice story so far. But why did the rain 4 betray him? He was actively making rain a better nation and trying to make it prosper. Also wow our mc is getting pretty strong will he try to get revenge against the leaf or just the rain 4? How did hiruzen justify betraying the rain peace talks to himself and others? We see from the show he is willing to be partners with other villages like the sand and leaf alliance so why wouldn’t he want one with the person who killed hanzo?

Darn, what kind of canon could one-shot a Raikage?! Even if his body isn't in his prime anymore, any Raikage is a juggernaut who can tank many strongest impact like a bijuu level impact. If not they won't be able to wrestle hachibi or nibi into semi-compliance before sealing.
And here Kumori's canon can blasted him through. Is it a highly modified canon which can blast through any kind of chakra defense perhaps? Or the ammunition is the one which filled with nasty sealing mod?
Great fight scene by the way, kumori keeps getting better in both his arsenal and Shinobi arts in each quest...
