![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for sharing this "hardcore" version of The Great Wand Out with us. It was fun reading the ups and downs of the businesses and how everyone's lives changed. I'm curious, did Fred and George keep the Ogden named or did it become Weasley's Finest Firewhiskey? Also, a line or two on Cedric would've been nice, if I missed it, I apologize. If you think the wonderful new self-resetting without notification, notification feature is an issue, I haven't been able to properly log into my account for almost two years. I click on login and then get taken to the settings page, my account's settings page, as if I'm already logged in yet the webpage insists that I'm not logged into my account. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was a nice change from the original. I could read another with this basic idea as it really is good to deal with the ramifications of a society totally dependent on wand losing theirs. |
![]() ![]() ![]() It has been such a pleasure to read this epic tale of wizarding world redo. So many things caught me. The Eye brothers, the pastry chats, the economics of wand and broom making, the villains, Mr Wick, and the wonderful elves and creatures. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Another fantastic story. Thank you so much for your writing. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love the epilogue. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you for writing both versions of this tale it has given me a great deal of pleasure to read them both. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you once again for a very entertaining read. I have spent many hours reading your tales and it has brought me a lot of joy. Thank you! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I wanted to thank you for posting this story and including an epilogue. I enjoy reading where an author thinks his characters will end after the action i done. It was an interesting side take of the great wand out. |
![]() ![]() ![]() It must have been a lot of work figuring out the economics and demographics of magical handcrafting. I enjoyed seeing how familiar characters' lives worked out differently, and how the sudden lack of Ministry jobs saved Ron Weasley. It does make me twitch a bit, though, seeing magical creatures being turned into herd animals. (Better than hunted to death tho.) Thanks a lot for your warning on new chapter messages! I checked immediately and will try to keep refreshing my 'yes'. |

![]() ![]() ![]() Many thanks for another really great story. I had to laugh, though, at someone needing to carry four when multiplying twelve by twelve; plainly an inattentive child at school when he was nine or ten and learning his twelve times table. I love the elves. |
