The Toad was killed off by someone she knows. I'm guessing either a werewolf or a muggle-born whom she has screwed over somehow. I'm looking forward to finding out.

As far as your list of projects from Mrs. Crow goes: they never end. :-) I've known people to start working again just because they needed some time away from their spouse after retirement. I am trying it myself right now, and so I am coming up with my own little projects; things I've thought about trying but never really had the time to put into it. Good luck!

Another Wandmaker one? Would have been cool for them to learn Wandless Magic instead, maybe re-learn all sorts of Ritual Magic.

Keep finding myself surprised that Harry did not get any money for having been proven to have killed Riddle and through him, his followers. Either due to some rite of conquest thing or some rewards or bounties for killing the dark lord and confirmed terrorists...

Also, always surprised that the "Muggle" government does not move in to try and take control of things when the Magicals lose the ability to stop them or alter their minds... Same for the other Magical Governments that still have wands with them not moving in to try and take over.

I wonder who offed the toad… Obviously someone unconcerned about the loss of a wand, so I’d guess a squib.
As a side note, I’m quite surprised that the Three Thestrals Pub was working: I’d have expected them to do the same as Dolores: hurry to Ollivander’s to get a new wand! In fact, I’d have expected the whole alley to be in panic after failing to get said new wand…

This Harry seems far more savvy about business. I am glad that you filled in the gaps about James Potter pouring out his family wealth as an offering to Dumbledore. Harry has no money except what he has in his trust vault and what he gathered from the Death Eaters.

He is of course conscious about the need to rebuild his family wealth. The sale of the basilsk is proposed by Barchoke. If he prices his wands right for the domestic and European markets, he can make money. He got cheated by the French and German foreign wandmakers turned resellers who made millions from reselling Harry's and Hermione's wands.

Minerva's early death made some decisions faster. Such as sending back the students, youngerstudents first, then the older students by thevFloo network. It helped that the Floo network was up and will remain up for two weeks.

Yes, this Fudge is concerned about bribe money and staying in power. I foresee trouble down the road even with the desth pf Umbridge. No need for Harry to tell even Amelia Bones what happened afyer the Third Task.

I am glad that you fill in gaps, such as Harry's conversation with Hagrid. The introduction to the Grangers went much better.
