I can't believe the mansion survived the week with Luffy in it. Also you don't have to nerf Luffy, just have him just enjoy himself in a fight so he doesn't make the fight end immediately. Also Luffy usually knows how much power is needed to fight someone, so he usually doesn't go all out immediately, unless you hurt his friends.

question. will Luffy bring up the fact that he's an Emperor of the sea? it would give more dynamics, like how some people might think he's the son of a sea hero, or maybe the son of a powerful merchant.

Very interesting story and I truly hope you continue with the series in the future and I see great potential in this story. I can't wait to see everyone's reaction to Luffy's toon powers and overwhelming strength lol. I doubt there is anyone in the mha universe that can beat Luffy (except for Stars and Stripes maybe) especially with his improved/probably mastered haki skills combine with his devil fruit awakening. Again great story and keep up the good work.
