![]() ![]() Reply to Son-Of-Scorn: It's safe to assume that this is the author themselves and they've just decided to finally crosspost it here, slowly but surely. Still, might be better to check the original thread on Spacebattles to confirm. Somewhat disappointed when I found that out and the author wasn't some writing demon that could churn out 3k-6k chapters in days, but hey! If it leads to exceptional quality like this, I'd be willing to wait a long time once this one catches up to the SB version. |
![]() ![]() ![]() So great! |
![]() ![]() An excellent read! I will be eagerly awaiting the next chapter! Keep up the amazing work, and happy new year! |
![]() ![]() Inyriguing story. Keep it up |
![]() ![]() ![]() A very nice meeting. Looking forward to what the Hunter's going to bring to the table for the Stark children. Brandon being calm feels a bit foreboding as one would expect when the rowdy one in the room is quiet, which means he's going to do something stupid or very reckless. I wonder if Cyril is going to explore the rest of the seven Kingdoms after acclimating himself to the new world he and the doll found themselves in. I'm not even sure if his world hopping was intentional or not. I also wonder if people like Bloodraven or Euron Greyjoy are at least aware of the Hunter's presence more or less, given his likely nature. I imagine Cyril's arrival itself had kickstarted a return of magic in some capacity, nothing like them good Eldritch magical steroids to get the supernatural going again. Looking forward to the next chapter, keep up the great work. Have a nice day and stay safe. Happy new year. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hi. Just passing by, wanted to say few things. 1. Lovely read so far, no technical problems as far as I can see. (I'm kinda blind tho, so don't take that for granted.) 2. Unusual plot and time period you chose, feels kinda like slice of life for eldrich abominations, if you catch my drift. Not a bad thing mind you, just unusual. 3. Nice work with Hunter past and present, I can totally see that happening to one the versions of that character. I hope he is one of those kind ones despite the shiet he have been trough. On the contrary, I totally could see him one shooting someone like mountain or giant from beyond the wall, cuz 'power levels in Westeros' seem awful lot lower compared to stuff he probably needed to face 'back home'. 4. Giving a Doll some nice background is also nice assumptions of everyone involved with 'Fairchilds' so far, are just amusing. Unknown stays unknown. when they simply come up with their own conclusions. Simply hilarious. 5. To little happened so far, so can't give opinions on anything major. Anyways, Have a Happy New Year. Stay safe, stay great and have a nice day :D |
![]() ![]() ![]() Which ending did Cyril have? Presumably not the submit ending, because then the doll would still be in the dream. Did they replace Gehrman and later escape or did they ascend and later regain a human facade? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Good chapter and I love it! *Thumbs UP!* Happy New Year EVERYONE! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Hehe this interesting... cant wait for the duo arrived at winterfell |
![]() ![]() ![]() Still awesome |
![]() ![]() ![]() A pretty good chapter overall. It actually highlighted one common problem that's rarely brought up in uplift fics, namely the sheer number of technological advances needed just to make more technological advances. Metallurgy for example. Most people underestimate just how important it is to have plenty of good and cheap steel before you can do anything else. On another matter, I'm confused at how can the Westerosi read Cyril's books and map? Them being able to converse with each other in previous chapters can be chalked to Cyril learning Westerosi language or even translation convention, but them reading books written in language that they absolutely have no prior knowledge of is stretching the suspension of disbelief. |
![]() ![]() ![]() So the hunter is a noble scion from a Not!England? I'm pretty sure Earl is only used in England. Also considering his wording, it's possible that Yharnam is not actually in the west of westeros. It's probably up or down or whatever passes as a direction for him. Anyway, a good chapter. |
![]() ![]() ![]() A damn good chapter. Already got hooked on the story. |
![]() ![]() This was fun. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. :) |
