With poison being mentioned in this chapter I'm guessing Semiramis.

I think it's Assassin Semiramis, which means there's still hope that Illya Magical Girl will be the caster.

Is it medea? not may caster could pull off this specific trick. Maybe circe?

Well Sona's plan to get Perseus is officially up in smoke, the feather she's using was a gift from Poseidon with the explicit purpose to woo someone...pretty sure Medusa being summoned is now set in stone. Does Sona not realise she can't rely on her worlds legends to approximate what she summons since her worlds history doesn't match Archers world history?
