One hundred chapters! And it's the meeting between Kazuki and Nezu, discussing future developments of this new pseudo-agency club. The Principal was being giddy with excitement throughout this discussion, and Kazuki's confusion on that made it so much better in my opinion.

Heh, Nezu is really having fun on so many levels with this, many of which our boy kazuki is spotting, if not fully understanding the reason behind it. This was a test for sure, would endos group have the big brass ones to think about the details, spot issues that he placed in there or arranged to pop up if they blindly signed off, then actually negotiate with him to see it happen? And of course not just him but the people he is working with. Are they taking this seriously and showing the start at the very least, of the skills needed to do what they are trying with their unofficial/soon to be official agency? Will they ruin the club by being too passive, or by being too aggressive and greedy? He doesnt think so and he is LOVING that they are proving him right. And apparently surpassing his personal expectations right off the bat.

As for club activities to raise cash, hmmmm. Possibly setup an in school agency that people can join as a sidekick or trainee and learn "on the job" from the crew for a fee. Basically an in school "internship" for the various fields once they establish that its all run realistically only missing licenses (and actually fighting crime) to be real. So a management student could join them to see what sort of paperwork is involved, how to manipulate public opinion, what works, what doesnt, and apply it to their other lessons. Support students can work with mei and others to get a more hands on experience of what its like to work for a specific hero agency to develop and maintain their gear. Reading reports on field usage and what worked, what didnt, what can be done to plug holes in their capabilities, etc. And of course hero students will get the chance to see the noncombat side of hero work and how to make good impressions on people with endo passing on lessons learned from his mentor. (I bet she would even be willing to make a guest appearance once in awhile as time allows if enough people show interest in her area of expertise) As well as how to deal with an agency as both a hero and as a sidekick. What sort of style of management is best to make sure everyone works together as the boss, and doesnt overstep in some way as the sidekick. Rotating who is the hero in charge, fellow heroes, sidekicks etc, will help everyone see what their role will be in the real world better. Some people will honestly do better not being in charge. Or working as a team, or being THE boss.

Another good chapter and the friend group grows once more and is that a ship I sense from Shoto and Tsyuu? Different hell might even be a first to do it, I'm here for it. ROMANCE and the grind never ends. I await for the next one to come.

Nice chapter. And seems there may be some Shoto and Tsuyu, haha. Could always have Kazuki use his imps/baby nevermores as a sort of delivery service, Hatsume can do repairs for people, Kyoka music lessons, etc. And as always, I shall say a little "Go Kyoka, be honest with your feelings for Kazuki!", haha. I’m thinking there will be the beginnings of a Grimm trading card game of some kind. Maybe just commemorative to start until more are available. Definitely stickers and figurines, both chibi and normal. And I’m willing to bet there will be a released text tone, possibly multiple variations, of Kazuki’s Grimm Voice that will be surprisingly popular as I imagine the unnerving effect will be lessened over electronics turning it into a catnip of sorts to the females, and some males, of the populace…and which Momo, Toru, Kyoka, Tsu and Shoto will each end up downloading for themselves to funny effects when Kazuki finds out.

I’m also thinking that Kazuki’s baby Grimm series might be useful for live events promoting a pet store or themed maid or cat cafe. Things like that. Excellent work as always! Can’t wait for more!
