Nice to finally see another familiar character from the show show up. As for the 100 Year Quest stuff, I'm interested to see how any of that would play out if you do intend to take it forwards.

Definitely a wasted scene imo just like my previous comment. If we see this flashback after getting more interested and invested in a character it is way more powerful and effective.

I honestly disagree with showing his death like this because I have zero emotional investment in him as a character and honestly don’t care that he died. This scene would have a huge impact if we learnt about it after getting emotionally invested in the MC but since that hasn’t happened yet then it’s just a complete waste imo.
