Hey, Author. I have a suggestion. Can you make Izuku do the blackwhip move when he fought Shigaraki? The one where he used it on his muscles to keep on fighting. This move to boost his strength and speed and as well as his Durability. Maybe learn to make blackwhip to solidify to manipulate into spiked knuckles for monsters.

Decided to give this a try after your latest chapter of Solo leveling in Dungeon and I gotta admit... it did not disappoint. I am loving the start so far and I can't wait for things to pick up, I seriously hope in the future loki kicks bete in the balls for driving izuku off because she missed her shot at him. Havent seen anything of freya yet so I wonder if she hasn't noticed him or if she has will she set off danger sense. Hope izuku is able to help rose open up like he did with shoto.

Making out of it - "Y plus (X plus Z)"

Without Y (stockpile), you still have X plus Z (quirks plus time within OFA)

Before reading your next chapter, I wanted to leave my last comment about quirks within OFA. No ctrl C and V. Just my thoughts, without context from other stories and BIG ass paragraphs.

As we know, quirks within OFA were getting stronger through 2 main factors:

1. Stockpiled energy.
2. Time, that those quirks spent within OFA.

In your story, OFA lost the first main factor, while completely throwing away the second one.

While yes, quirks would become weaker, as Izuku can't overcharge them anymore, without the stockpiled energy.
They should still be mutated/evolved through all of this. Or, the second factor - wouldn't have mattered, anyway.

For an example, I will use Gearshift and Fa Jin.
Thanks to OFA, Gearshift was finally able to expand its reach to humans (while, originally - it could only affect small objects, or, as AFO called them - peashooters), being able to speed them up, or, slow them down. Up to the point, where it was ignoring laws of inertia...

Without OFA, I would imagine, that Gearshift will become weaker not in the sense, that it will lose its ability to affect people, or, big objects. BUT, would lose it's speed. It won't be able to ignore laws of inertia, or, make it difficult for Izuku to breath within 6 minutes of use (so, his body would have more time to adapt to those sudden changes from gearshift-). It will just become gradually slower, but still evolved enough, to affect humans and even dust clouds.

About Fa Jin - I would imagine, that Izuku is still able to collect energy, that is equal to 55% of OFA, or, faux 55%... I guess. But, the speed, with which he would do so - would be way slower, than he could collect them, originally.

My conclusion: quirks within OFA evolved enough, to have their original limits - lifted up to new levels. Thanks to the fact, that they mutated from all of this energy.
But, without this energy, itself - the power behind those quirks got a lower output. It's easier to say with game/math based stats, to be honest:
Without OFA, quirks of the past users had a maximum value of X (lets say, 10).
With OFA, that was boosting them, their value got higher - X Y (depends on each user, but, lets say 1/5/20/100/130/150/190/400/Unknown for Izuku)
While being in OFA for a long period of time, it has UPPED up the original "X" (10) of those quirks, making it, overall, higher. And, it all depended on Time - Z. With Z being higher for the first/second users, and, getting gradually lower, the closer it got to Izuku.
Making it like this: Y (OFA) (X Z (the original quirk, plus unknown value of time)). Y (X Z).

In your story, you "took" away Y (made it weaker).

So, loving the story so far, but i do have to mention a few things. First is a question, why is Izuku so amazed by Babel? While I know the anime makes it look ridiculously tall, the light novels are clear that it's only a 50 story tower. Given that a fifty story tower is about 500 ft tall, not including interstitials, which wouldn't be needed in Babel because they don't have all that piping infostructure, and given the fact that average height of high rises in Japan is around 490 ft, it should seem to him just like a normal high rise.

Second is one character I am of the opinion would be someone he would at the very least develop a fast friendship with because of her similarities to his best female friend from his old universe, Uraraka. That being Haruhime, who, after she gets over her self-deprecation is remarkably like Uraraka, except a bit more obsessed with heroes, just like Izuku. Also he wouldn't care if she was a prostitute, he would save her anyway, so if he meets her, he'll save her immediately.

Finally is during the Apollo Familia's banquet of the gods, since you said that is likely to happen the same way, please say Izuklu will be smart enough to turn Apollo's trick against him. What i mean is Luan, after Apollo says Bell is the one who beat him so bad, only says he's in a lot of pain because he did get beat, just by his on familia after they set up Bell. Have Izuku, in the presence of all the gods, unable to lie, call Apollo out when he tries to set him up, saying he didn't start the fight and didn't actually harm Luan much, and then pointedly ask Luan who actually beat him up this bad. won't change the eventual outcome, but it will embarass Apollo pretty easily, which he diserves.

I have a suggestion. Until Izuku get better weapons for Kratos play style, he should use blackwhip to tie a fist seized rock and swing around like a flail, with the play style of GoGo from Kill Bill. Furthermore, it also helps Izuku with training how to aim and use Kratos unorthodox weapon.

You made Izuku just as pathetic as before. He should’ve stood up to Bete more than he did. Man that was disgusting. He happily took Bete’s kick and turned around and walked away like a good little dog
