second I understand that you want to do a Mike x Mari fic and that's fine; however I think you should update the Pairing and add a m/m or yaoi Pairing in the description. I think it's important to make that clear especially to new readers as the story is 200k words and it would be unfair to them if their not interested in those types of fiction.

Mike and the puppet are cute. It saddens me somewhat to say they act more like siblings than him and goldi. I get why they aren't the closest yet, but I'm still sad to see.
