MythologicalMango chapter 3 . 4/5/2016 This is exactly how I imagined Lyra's life! |
Pandora of Ithilien chapter 3 . 2/24/2007 interesting reaction... |
Pandora of Ithilien chapter 1 . 2/24/2007 lyra as a jordan scholar? cool... |
SkywaterBlue chapter 1 . 8/10/2003 This is great. I've read it a number of times- it's truely well done, and in character for Lyra's world. But it's so short, and it seems like the plot never gets to the meat before we find out that all along the plot was to make Lyra a Professor. Surely there must be more to such an event? Well, in either case, I still like it. You should tell us another story. ;) |
nova-kitty chapter 3 . 7/25/2003 sugar_issour: what? you evil motmonkey i thought there would be more! nova_kitty: keep writing. your the first serious writer i've seen here, i love your work! sugar_issour: lol! |
kenansense chapter 3 . 7/24/2003 This is an excellent story. You seem to know exactly what things would be like in Lyra's world, and managed to illustrate the balance between the old ways and the new very well. Lyra is also very well in character, and your words are very flavorful as well. I really enjoy your writing, keep it up! |
Ceres Wunderkind chapter 3 . 7/24/2003 This feels more like a jumping-off point than a conclusion. You've sown many seeds here - will they sprout one day? |
Ceres Wunderkind chapter 1 . 7/24/2003 Change! Lyra's world converging on ours - academics talking about infrastructure, concrete office blocks, capital, investment, funding and commerce. Not all forward motion is progress, is it? |
Ceres Wunderkind chapter 2 . 7/24/2003 Very cinematic - I like. Was it a 20p or a 50p equilateral curved heptagon? |
