Interesting point in time to get Zuko: he's neither desperate enough to consider that honour is a impediment and just rob Tiffania before going on his way nor did he have the rest of his development to be relatively more accessible. He's still the prickly prince of the first season, but that means he's still a *prince*.

Now that he's staying relatively put to get his bearing, I wonder what will Westwood's denizens think when they finally notice his firebending: it's not like early series Zuko ever hides that he's a bender and elemental manipulation in Halkeginia means mage, and thus noble.

Thinking of it, Tiffania would indeed be a better fit than Louise: she wouldn't have Zuko want nothing more than to bail within an hour for one thing.

As for suggestions, maybe Robin Hood and the likes would be good choices? A thief with a heart of gold would probably bring some nice interactions with Matilda.

As Iroh mentioned in your story (Louise Summons the Dragon of the West) Halkagenia has been summoning masters from the world of Avatar for 6000 years, so there must be many elemental masters of the four elements water, earth, fire and air, in fact in the village of Tiffania there could be children who are descendants of air, water, earth and fire masters.

Zuko will be surprised to learn that the airbenders are not extinct, because even though the 100-year war has happened, Halkagenia has been summoning people for 6000 years, so there could be a community of airbenders in that world.

Did you skip the REALLY weird hair colours, ike pink, green plum, to lessen the shock for our Clueless and Rude Prince?

Also knowing that there has been 6000 years of summoning, there are chances that in that village where Tiffania is there are some children who are descendants of airbenders.

"Do you know who I am?"

The woman's eyes widened. Zuko started to smirk when he finally got her to break character, only for his expression to fall when she exclaimed, "Oh no! Did you lose your memory?"

"What? No!" Zuko protested. "You've seen my face…" His voice trailed off as he realized that her not recognizing him didn't mean he should reveal his identity. Being the Fire Lord's son gave him some authority, but he still didn't know where he was, or where his crew was for that matter. Depending on where in the world he ended up, there might be someone desperate to use him for ransom, assuming his father would care.

"That scar looks pretty bad," Tiffania said, reaching towards his face. She pulled back when she noticed Zuko flinch away from her. "Sorry, that was insensitive of me."

Zuko grunted noncommittally.

"Um, if you don't mind, what is your name?"

"Pr—Zuko." Zuko mentally cringed. He might have avoided saying his title, but Zuko still wasn't a common name.

"Zuko?" she repeated, mulling over the unfamiliar word. "I've never heard that name before."

"You haven't?" he questioned her. What rock had she been living under to not recognize the name of banished prince of the Fire Nation? He supposed that he was used to dealing with Fire Nation citizens who paid a semblance of attention to news about the royal family, but something nagged at the back of his mind.

Tiffania shook her head. "It sounds foreign… very foreign. Are you from Rub' al Kahli?"

"What in the dragon's beard is that supposed to be?"

The woman winced at his harsh tone. "Ah, I guess not," she said softly.

My man is on a mission, first rewrite Louise with actually manners and acting like a real noble and now transforming a character ruined by the fanservice into a real half elf with self confident issues and a peasant into a good character.
Good job man, Tiffa feels so underused and bad treaten by the autor that most of the people forgot she was a void mage also.

Actually Tiffania Summons seems like a more interesting idea since you have more freedom to write, instead follow a common patron with Louise.
