It would be difficult and painful for anyone to hold on to hate for a long time.

This is such a different take on Q. Describing what he was like before. I loved the description os Guinan's thoughts and feelings.. and I love Q full-stop XD So I ADORED this story! I'd love to see this continued :)

Good story. I don't know a lot about Guinan, but I liked it anyway

This was great. The interactions between Q and Guinan on TNG left a huge question as to what had happened to spark such animosity between them. This is a great explanation of the history that leads them to the relationship we saw on the show. Wonderfully done.

Think about it. Who does Guinan hate? Who is the only *individual* (as opposed to a whole species, like the Borg) we've ever seen her hate? Who did she meet 200 years ago? Who's a spirit of chaos?

It's good...but...who on earth is she talking about? Certainly not Picard, I would think...perhaps someone of her same race?
