|Reviews for Raison d'Q|
| Convenient Alias chapter 1 . 5/13/2016
I don't know what course of action Q will take, or whether Picard and Q are friends, or whom to pity more. Basically, life as a member of the Q Continuum sucks, but it seems like Q manages to break free of living mindlessly to fulfill his purpose at least. Though humanity as he describes it does sound rather terrifying...

Awwww, that ending :)
| Emmint chapter 1 . 10/5/2014
This is good but didn't go nearly far enough. You could do with writing a sequel to fill in missing bits to give the story an ending.
| Guest chapter 1 . 4/9/2013
How's that for a reality check?
| jujukittychick chapter 1 . 11/20/2012
great story! i love Q as flawed and god-like as he is as a character, probably why i do like him so much, and i think you did a wonderful job with their conversation as twisty and round about as it is and still makes sense. very well done!
| Crimson 1551 chapter 1 . 9/10/2012
I liked it. Kept me reading at 2:20 in the morning when I should have been getting some sleep for work the next day. Is there a sequel? Something where Q returns and reveals to Picard what happened between him and the Continuum?
Thanks for writing this and for sharing it.
| Viviane Renard chapter 1 . 9/22/2011
I enjoyed the philosophical tone of this story. Thanks for sharing this!
| tragicpoet54 chapter 1 . 8/9/2011
Well I liked that very much. I'm originally a TOS fan so I only started watching TNG recently but the dynamic between the two is simply electric. I think you captured it perfectly.
| Robert A Siegfried chapter 1 . 5/19/2011
done some research, this that and the other thing, and i have found that this is the oldest known fanfiction on the site. the reason for the high id number (id 1457) is because they recycled id's and had a very poor system in the olden days. only six other fics were even posted in 1998 and this is the first of them. only two others from that year are still on the site.
| Qoheleth chapter 1 . 4/24/2011
Tiny, pedantic, Q-would-certainly-say-it-reminded-him-of-Picard-type point: shouldn't it be "Raison *de* Q"? Granted that "Q" isn't precisely a word, the combination of phonemes that correspond to it most certainly do not begin with a vowel, either in English or in French.

| AniDragon aka Riona-chan chapter 1 . 2/20/2007
I've been looking around the site for the oldest story on here. I've found one that was posted about a month before this one, but this one, as far as I could find, has the lowest story ID, which I thought you may find kind of cool.
| Rissa42 chapter 1 . 12/22/2004
Brilliant! Perfect Picard
| LadyLupin chapter 1 . 11/17/2004
This is a phenomenal piece of work. I love the way you portray Q's arrogance and the way he continually insists that Picard is absolutely incapable of comprehending him. And Picard, in turn, reacts in perfect character. Very excellent.
| BashfulC chapter 1 . 6/7/2002
very interesting i look forward to seeing how this plays out
