Well, this deserves a merit badge just for achieving new heights of the absurd! ROTFLMAO! Definitely risque - but very cleverly so!

While I think of this as just a tad AU, I nonetheless am thoroughly amused and happy, and I will be anxiously awaiting more! Your characters are excellent, your humor brilliant, and just like the movie, the story doesn't take itself TOO seriously. I like that! :-)

Hahahaha, I could *see* the confused expression in Norrington's face! And when realization came to him... hahaha... poor guy, he sure does not know what to do or how to act in front of Jack... specially when he is on said pirate's territory. He tries to keep his pride, but in the end... Jack is just using him. In a good way, of course.

I believe Jack thinks he is doing a favor to Norrington. The man is so serious... never thought of the sea or a ship like a companion... or the adventure, the thirst for action... Jack must think he is giving Norrington a chance to know all those things he is missing (the fun, right?) Maybe in his head, he thinks he has to repay Norrington's kindness for letting him escape... who knows?

"It's all up to the Pearl."

Wow. I envy authors who can capture Jack's soul in a few dialogues... T_T I truly wish I could write like you do.

LOL! Great fun. I'm not sure where you are going and or where it should go, just love it so far. Makes me laugh! You are doing a splendid job of keeping Jack in character. Norrington's not so bad, he wasn't so bad in the movie, and your story keeps the idea going. Yea! Glad there's no slash... firm believer that Jack is a hetero type that uses his antic's to create a smoke screen so they underestimate him when he moves into action!

Is Norrington cracking up? I didn't think it would be so fun to watch he *considering* becoming a temporary pirate.

And is Jack telling the truth? I mean... is he really going to avoid all Navy's ships? I know he kind of tries to stay true to his word, but... he's a *pirate*, you never know .- And it might amuse him see Norrington react to fighting or even sighting his own men (or ships!).

I can't wait to see more. Write more. Please?

*giggle* Very cute. I promised I wouldn't mention you-know-what at all in this review, and I shall remain true to my word. Perhaps I was too busy complaining in my other reviews to mention how adorable this is. I love how you've made Norrington stoic but reasonable, and also how you've come up with an interesting reason for Jack to have captured him. I especially loved Norrington's almost-change of heart, and how he almost has to force himself to refuse.

When you post Chapter 7, though, I'm going to go right back to complaining about the non-slash. :)

I'm really enjoying this story, I hope you up-date it soon! Please up-date it soon! Be nice if Will showed up and there was mass wacky Jack Norrington, Will fun. oh well.

*buries face in hands* I don't understand it! This is slash! It is! It's slashy already! It's slashy as hell! Why are you saying it isn't slash? I mean, Jack captures Norrington, makes him strip naked and now is flirting with him like there's no tomorrow. And you're making me fill in all the slash by myself! My mind has fallen into the gutter and is never coming out!

Ah, but Norrington's warming up. That's good. Then again, Jack's so flaming that anyone would melt if put in close proximity to him...

Every chapter I review saying I'll stop complaining about the lack of slash, but I just can't help myself! I promise, next chapter I will leave a nice review and not use the word "slash" once.
