I read this 5 years ago and glad I have found it again.

Back those five years, I don't know what Yaoi is, so I was completely like this: o_o when I first read the Yaoi part.

Now I am the biggest Yaoi fangirl you'll ever meet and I have to say, this is the first story where I have met Yaoi, so this fanfic is really special to me. :)

After rereading the story again, I LOVE IT! 3

When I read the part where Raitei just came up to Ban and touched his cheek, I was reminded of a piece of art I saw when I took art history last semester. It depicted the climactic moment of a battle between Achilles and Penthesilea, the Amazon queen he killed. According to legend, in the moment he stabbed her through the neck, the two fell in love with one another. ... A little odd, but that's what came to mind. XD

I especially loved the "as if he'd just woken up in the middle of someone else's life" line; it's like giving a nudge to the idea of Raitei being an alter ego without really saying enough to reveal the 'truth' of the matter. Gives a good "first time the real 'Ginji' ever showed up" impression too.

And then when Ban kind of accidentally made him relive all those memories, changing him back almost for good, it was rather poignant. Poor Gin-chan...

All-in-all, a solid, great read; kinda wish I'd found it sooner back when I was on a total GetBackers kick. X3

Anyway, this was well written but my only very, very small nitpick is that I think he would be refered to as *the* Raitei and 'Raitei' isn't a name in itself, it's a title. Though I did like the whole thing very, very much and I'm glad I found this one. (Made up for some terrible ones I've read today!

Oh. My. That was so GOOD. So very, very, VERY good. I loved the way it all came together. The way the fight turned to sex that turned to the Jagon and ended with Ban and Ginji talking. Wonderfully done. And the whole thing flows really, really well. Excellent story, really good!

And BTW, it's nice to see that someone else gets stories out of RPing. My friend and I do that too! I suddenly feel more normal. ;)

BanXGinji is always enjoyable... my favourite pairing... And you can't imagine how glad I am you wrote an uke!Raitei... That's exactly how I see him Yeah, yeah, strongest (?) character in the serie (even if I suppose Ban could stand in his way), but uke is uke, and, after all, Raitei and Ginji are the same person. And Ginji is utterly uke. Well, stop blabbering around! Here's my review: I loved it, and imho they were IC. Wonderful fic! Write more, I'll read for sure._
