Okay...your author notes generally are fairly annoying, if you ever come back to writing keep this in mind- stop explaining your fucking story every chapter! And this chapters author note was not only annoying it was idiotic.

This is a good story but all that nattering you feel you have to do at the beginning AND end of every chapter really sucks

I don't normally like Harry in Azkaban stories, usually because they end up with bashing and evil Harry or Dumbldore. Your story is good that it doesn't do any of that, and I think you got most of the character voices right. One thing is I can't see Sirius not visiting Harry, purely because he knows sometimes innocent people end up in prison.

Harry furiously setting out to save people then sheepishly asking where he has to go to do it is funny and spot on characterization.
