|Reviews for The Sorrows of Lucifer|
| riverrat chapter 1 . 12/10/2014
Poor Severus. Looks like Albus found somebody he likes better than you and he doesn't give a damn about you anymore.
| Imraphel chapter 1 . 3/19/2014
Now, this is a clever fic. Well written, and well thought-out. Excellent work.
| bacrawford chapter 1 . 1/27/2014
Absolutely brilliant. I always thought Dumbledore was cruel and willing to sacrifice everything for his personal convenience.
| Guest chapter 1 . 11/21/2012
makes me really sad. very good story.
| Saint Snape chapter 1 . 8/23/2012
Brilliant! I always thought Albus treated Severus cruelly at times.
| icansoar chapter 1 . 1/30/2011
| mayanpaw chapter 1 . 1/3/2011
This is a beautiful gem of a story, and is one that takes a different approach on the relationship between Snape and Dumbledore; and consequently Harry that is not usually seen in fanfics. It completely fits in with what we know of the characters and yet still brings something wonderfully unique to them as well.
| j chapter 1 . 7/16/2010
I have never heard that part of the story. Perhaps I should study in religion.
| Neleothesze chapter 1 . 3/2/2010
short. tragic. beautiful. a wonderful piece.
| RebeccaRoy chapter 1 . 9/12/2009
Wow that was intense but a good look into Severus's mind.
| Librasmile chapter 1 . 8/5/2009
Wow, I thought I had left a review for this. Let me rectify that right now.
Brilliant. Beautiful. Deep. What more can I say?
Let's expand on "Brilliant". I LOVE the folklore on which you base this story. I had never heard of it before and it adds such depth to Severus' character. And puts a moral framework on his character that actually would explain if not justify his wholly unsatisfactory end in The Deathly Hallows. The difference between the servant versus the child or heir is a profound theme running through the Bible (perhaps other sources as well; sadly, I wouldn't know) and if fits beautifully within the Potterverse with regard to Dumbledore, Snape and Harry. Like Possum 132, I am definitely inspired by your version of Snape.
I have a different take on Snape and Dumbledore's relationship. If you're interested you can check it out in For the Price of My Familiar. I'm working on two sequels to that now. And your perspective on Snape will aboslutely be an inspiration for me.
| dreamersrequiem chapter 1 . 12/7/2007
amazing, powerful one shot. love snape here. and love the analogy with lucifer and the servants of god.
| 00 chapter 1 . 4/13/2007
Lovely little gem.
Don't know why I didn't read it before.
| AJ chapter 1 . 2/25/2006
Man, that was some powerful stuff. Creepy. I've never heard of that story about Lucifer. I always heard the devil fell before the creation of man. I love this story.
| Nielita chapter 1 . 2/10/2006
I don't know why I haven't leave a review here. I met this fic three years ago and since that, it is one of I my favourites ever...
Congratulations. Your work is amazing.
