![]() ![]() 800 years past? That is so stupid. Your character is an idiot. |
![]() ![]() I think Glorfindel is being a dick in here, torn between commanding an escort or Rachel’s life. Just too pathetic. It’s obvious that he should go see Rachel immediately without a question rather than asking his My Lord for permission if he can go. What if Elrond said NO he can’t then Rachel dies. I think it’s a no brainier |
![]() ![]() hey, so, i havent been on this site in years, and god knows im in a VERY different place with my life and this story isnt really the kinda thing id read anymore. but i found it when i was younger, and it meant the world to me. i read and reread this story over and over, and even when id moved on to ao3, and then past fanfiction period, i still came back now and then, even if not to reread it just remember how i felt as a kid binging this at 2am under the covers. i still think about it all these years later. and i wanna say thank you for writing a story that made a kid so happy, and i hope youre doing well. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I would have stuck to the name I take in Gondor and ignored Glorfindel just to make him mad |
![]() ![]() Rachel is really annoying |
![]() ![]() ![]() ok, the apparition of Nancy got me tears of laughing so hard! |
![]() ![]() ![]() wow. Amazing description of Mary Sue' concept! |
![]() ![]() ![]() you know, I just realised I will not mind if she will end up with Glory and not Elladan. , both? Yes, I know, I have a very dirty mind :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I liked this so much from the beginning and I will keep reading, but I truly hope she will give Elladan a chance at some point :( |
![]() ![]() ![]() wow! Yes! Of course Glory needs more explaining...and I love your Glory! |
![]() ![]() ![]() hmmm. So, Celebrian is here and "ahem" occupied, but no Arwen? |
![]() ![]() ![]() well, I read and enjoy myself in february of 2020! About...16 years after you wrote it? Wow. Do you still write. It would be interesting to see something wrote after 10 years, if the beginnings were so good :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don't read many "people falling in ME"stories but I fell in love with yours. Your humour is amazing! |
![]() ![]() 10/10 |
![]() ![]() ![]() I can imagine Rachel slipping back in the rider column, tapping Sam on the shoulder then asking "Hey Sam, can I borrow your frying pan?" When he questioningly hands it over, she chirps out a "Thank you!" and trots off. A few minutes pass, and a loud *CLANG* peals out. A minute later, Rachel hands it back with a smile and wanders off again, leaving a very confused Fellowship. That's...my favourite mental image ever, period. |
