Well written. I'm glad you're not making Dumbledore out to be the hero, he is a manipulator that's for certain. I think all your characters so far are canon with the exception of Harry of course. You're doing a great job so far, and look forward to reading more!

We don't know how old Albus is. We know that in 1942 he was old enough to be a deputy headmaster. But on the other hand, we know that Professor Marchbanks was his NEWT examinator, so he is younger than her. Thus, he is younger than Griselda. The latter was a head of Education department, and resigned in 1995, but kept examining for OWLs. Thus, I doubt Albus is 150. Of course, these are wizards we are takling about, but I noticed that only Neville mentions his grand and great uncle. Other old people there are Moody, Aberforth, and a couple more. I know that there was 11 year long war, but if magic people lived really long, we should hear more about elderly, shouldn't we. Anyway, it a general comment, not directed to you in particular. Say, Barb (in her "psychic Serpent" trilogy also has Albus to be over 150).

McGonagall is Irish, not Scottish.

We don't know the house of Lily Evans. My best judgement says that she wan't in Gryffindor, since people in the same year and same house address each other by first names, not last names. In Snape's pensieve James calls Lily "Evans", and she calls him "Potter".

This is such a compelling and intriguing story. I look forward toseing how you deal with the interaction between Harry and Severus.

There is only one thing I would maybe rewrite - the part where you talk about forgetting but not forgiving, I would use another word for forget, like maybe moving on, or coming to an acceptance of the situation. I think if you cannot forgive, then you must not have forgotten.

Everybody's shocked about Harry's condition? Will the Dursleys get their punishment? Severus is volunteering himself? Will Albus take away guardianship of Harry from the Dursleys? Also of Dudley as well? Will Severus be able to get Harry back? Will Vernon get what he deserves? Petunia as well?

Is this story going to be updated any time soon. I Hope so. Because I would like to read more of it.
