Interesting idea. Though I should point out that Ranma-chan in female form has either nlack (manga) or red (anime) hair. How Ranma-chan get Neptune's agua hair coloring? Also I don't see him trying to help kill Saturn or endangering people by trying to get heart crystals. His personalites just doesn't fit the Outers of something akin to the 'normal' Sailor Moon timeline.
