|Reviews for Torment Not The Child|
| Snowline chapter 4 . 5/20
It was a nice story. I enjoyed it.
| Cartlin chapter 4 . 4/29/2016
The only one I feel sorry for is Dior, who was obviously neglected by a selfish father who put his own needs over his child's, and Legolas is a bit a of a spoiled brat. Not your best work at all. Very rushed, and not really believable.
| Cartlin chapter 1 . 4/29/2016
Love the series, though I have to ignore the whole "healer" thing, since the great healer of Middle Earth was Elrond, or Estel who studied under him. If Legolas was such a great healer, why would he have done f*ck all during the quest?! Like allowing Boromir to die, or heal any of the numerous injuries that occurred during the quest? The idea just doesn't work.
| thranduilisfab chapter 4 . 12/14/2014
Omg I love it. Absolutely brilliant! I cried...

Just for reference, I happen to be an English major and a Tolkien scholar and the absolutely ridiculous flames that The Reviewer sent you are preposterous! I hope that whoever this cowardly dog is that they actually leave a signed review at some point so that people who actually KNOW what they're talking about can correct their ignorance just as rudely as he commented on your slip ups. As far as the maturity age of elves, it has been argued about by various scholars who have all come to different conclusions, but Tolkien himself never really specified it. If The Reviewer has any references (within Tolkien's writing not some ninny's interpretation thereof) then I should very much like to have him or her send them to me to back up the credibility of these completely inaccurate and unjustified remarks. If ever The Reviewer DOES write a story instead of a flame, I would very much like to read it and "review" it in similar fashion to the review given to you. Ignore ignorant idiots and continue doing what makes you and many others happy. Always follow your muse. Your writing, though there is room for improvement (and isn't there always for ALL of us) is really quite good. By the way, I will be happy to sign MY review since I am not a sniveling coward.

| BlackGalore3 chapter 4 . 12/16/2012
I loved this story! Brotherly love is so adorable. While your grammar and spelling is quite good and your overall story line is well developed the thoughts and sentences themselves are not extremely complex, but that comes with practice so keep writing.
