man, that guy was seriously messed up. And its amazing that Ranma managed a Full Shi Shi Houkodan. And with as powerful as Ranma is, him managed a perfect one would do a LOT of damage. Though it is a bit unrealistic for someone to be able to match Ranma in strength without it being natural or having trained against Ranma. Or those he has faced, like Ryu Kumon and Herb. Still, excellently written.
