Glad to see Harry confide in his friends about the prophecy.

The ending has a beautiful symmetry to how it began and with the story summary. Sad to see it end here, and whether completed or not, this is still a good spot to finish on. with the implication that she is remembering all this years later.

It's also good to see Harry be emotive and for Ginny to have had the epiphany of how he has always had to be his own comforter. Heartbreaking, and accurate, as many emotionally neglected and abused survivors could attest.

Ginny's line about Voldemort crashing in through Percy's window was just golden, gave me a good chuckle.

Katie handled that really poorly. She could've saved Ginny a lot of public humiliation by just pulling her aside for a quick talk during breakfast or on the way to the field. It'd be demoralizing to the team too to see that kind of division in the team.
Harry being heartbroken over Ginny losing her place was well written and very sweet.
Gotta admit absolutely unsure if it actually happened or not with how the dream sequence didn't seem to have a segue. Though looking back I can see how it started as a bit surreal.

Draco's such a terrible person. You've done a great job in his characterization. He really should have gotten in vastly more trouble for constantly picking fights with others, and with someone he had effectively assaulted by cursing a bludger.
He's lucky Harry is the kind of person he is, otherwise he'd have found himself stunned, dragged under an invisibility cloak and tossed off a tower.

This chapter does a good job of continuing to pile on the obstacles, emotional and social in this case, for Ginny to eventually overcome.

Figure letting people know that Lucius was the one at fault for Ginny being possessed should be believable, since Draco is such a rancid fellow.

Oh that ending is funny. Poor Ginny having to listen to Michael while she's still having difficulty. Glad to see that her dormmates are such considerate friends. :)

Ah stumbling blocks; what every protagonists detests and readers know will come regardless. A bit surprised she's still pining over Michael in this, but that is a very human response.

Also enjoying the slow tease of Harry's interest and understanding of Ginny with his backing her up.

I had wondered how she would end up falling off her broom knowing she's as skilled as she is. Great set up!

Malfoy being the worst and getting away with it, sadly, some things truly never change.

This is one of the most beautiful fics I’ve ever read. That about sums it up. Also the fact that I cried multiple times during this story, and if I read a story, even the most depressing and hopeless stories, I either don’t cry or I cry once. I do have a question though: does Ginny ever get to fly like she once used to? Because she deserves it.
