![]() ![]() ![]() Yeay, Snape likes REAL women with functioning brains, not empty-headed Barbie Dolls! What a nice change. It appears Mama Granger know her daughter well. I'm curious to know Mr. Granger's thoughts on the budding relationship. Will there be a father-daughter talk? A father-Snape talk? It's interesting that Hogwarts apparently has built-in protections to limit teacher-student intimacy. I wonder if it limits student-student intimacy to the same degree. I loved Snape's gift to Genie,, with its spells and protections. I was amused by the Sharpies and Hermione's intention to introduce Snape to staples. LOL I love the humorous turns in your story. They are lovely. :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() That is a pretty naked confession. It will be interesting to see how she responds. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I wonder if old Albus had any idea of what would happen when he "engineered" this holiday. More to the point, what will he say when he finds out? His spy will definitely lose his edge if he loses his heart to Hermione. |
![]() ![]() ![]() The walls have been breached. I'm not sure Snape knows yet what has hit him. The Grangers are being ... I not sure what they're being. Calm? Accepting? I keep trying to imagine my parents into that scenario, and they'd have been anything but calm or accepting. It's an awkward situation. I keep waiting for Snape to be summoned. I'm sure he can't go that long without it happening. Should be interesting when/if it does. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Uh-oh! Let's see her fast-talk her way out of this! It's obviously an innocent enough situation, but it would look quite inappropriate to her parents ... especially if they have had the misfortune to talk to Mrs. Nott (unrelated to Theo, I presume) since she saw Hermione earlier. |
![]() ![]() ![]() "... my hot Latin lover"? LOL I wonder if she will share that little tidbit with Ron and Harry, or if it will remain their little secret. How sad that this is the first time Snape can think of ever having made someone happy. It didn't take much, did it? I wonder why he resists. Or maybe I don't. If he never lets himself care for anyone, then he never needs to worry about anyone. I suppose that's important for a spy. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Interesting books. I wonder if he sees a parallel between Meg Murry and Hermione ... Or perhaps between the Gryffindor Trio and the trio in his books? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, so history has been changed, and Hermione killed Pettigrew in Hogsmeade. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Love the pounding pillow. He deserved it, too! Since there is an adult wizard in the house using magic, I don't see the problem with Hermione using magic. At least Snape's was able to act like a human being when she needed reassurance. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I thought perhaps he might have been reading something of Tolkein ... or perhaps C.S. Lewis. The Space Trilogy books were the first Lewis works I read, and I loved them. It's been 40 years, and I've forgotten specifics of the stories; however, there is a loneliness about one of the main characters that instantly made me think the books would capture Snape's interest. It was rather ill-bred of Snape to leave Hermione without saying something, just because his own memories overtook him. I hope she realizes what has happened. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ah, there is the snarky git we all know and love. I wonder ... Will Hermione get Snape a gift? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Mrs. Granger has him pegged. Perhaps her openness will draw him out a bit. LOL at his response to Hermione's assessment of his face. |
![]() ![]() ![]() If Imogene is only six, then Hermione WAS an only child until barely a year before she entered Hogwarts. That might account for her precocity as well as her sister's. Imogene would be an "only" all during the school year, while Hermione was away. Why do I think Imogene will worm her way into Snape's heart before the holiday is over? And why did the child not make some comment about the weird way he was talking (Parseltongue) to the snake? Is she magical, as well? If so, is she a Parselmouth? Just wondering ... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay ... what sort of animal is Agrippina, a snake? A cat? Some sort of lizard? A mongoose? A bat? I can't wait to see Snape in constant company with a small child. Will we see a new side to him? |
![]() ![]() ![]() LOL This should be good. At least Hermione has intelligent, educated parents (if you're staying in canon there), and she herself is perfectly capable of higher level critical thinking. There are worse places Snape could go. |
