|Reviews for After the Dawn: The First Years|
| Elmerin chapter 2 . 8/17
Hey, prologue looked great, but chapters 2, 3 and probably more, in italics, your stories very difficult to read. Also, could you put authors notes in bold, as it makes them easier to distinguish.
Good concept, poor layout.

I really like it, I think it would've been a good idea for Harry to learn Occlumency.
| Guest chapter 15 . 3/10
I really enjoyed reading your story.
Thanks for writing.
You really need to work on plurals/possessives.

Just a tiny thing, TaeKwonDo is a Korean Martial art, so you wouldn't address a teacher as sensei, and you wear a dobok, not a Gi. That's judo :) (a blue tag taekwondo artist)
Also Professors aren't really a British thing and you don't tend to change classes by subject in Primary school - at least not in England. But then I don't Scotland does either. Plus year 7 is at primary school in Scotland :)

Dudley was innocent.
| Byakugan789 chapter 15 . 1/21/2013
Not bad. Not really sure what people were complaining about. Only thing you really got wrong was killing of a dozen of Sirius' family 5 years early and people have done far far worse for AU's.
Also, your confusion with the belts. The reason you're confused is because very few Tai-kwon-do instructors use a concrete belt system, letalone actually teach tai-kwon-do. The belts change constantly from group to group and are more often a showboat for the parents thing than anything meaningful. A little tidbit for you though, tai-kwon-do is Korean, not japanese, so you'd be saying chokyonym or sabanym, not sensei. Kata is also the japanese word for patterns. Works if you're doing karate, which you mentioned briefly, but not tai-kwon-do which you referred to constantly.

Brilliant job, I particularly liked Dan. It's nice to find believable OC's.
