I want to say how much I love this story. It feels so very Stargate and yet meshes well with what I remember of the Expanded universe.
I also want to add how immensely grateful I am that you spared Luke and the others the horrors of the Vong war. I’d forgotten they would show up sometime around that point in the timeline, and it was immensely relieving to see they’d spotted them early and weathered the initial attack before the Asgard stepped in.

Yeah, Bullets do, but Force users can nullify that by having better speed, agility, and Force Abilities like Forelce speed and being able stop stuff mid air, the YouTuber/Star wars legends and Disney Canon expert Eckhartsladder actually talks about it, that's why Beskar are more and Ysalamiri are better to use, Ysalamiri because they can nullify the Force users ability to use the Force.

She forgot to mention, bullets are great vs lightsabers. And travel a whole lot faster (And often farther) than blaster bolts.

Star wars dose have Hot chocolate as a common drink, there is a alcoholic version of it but read books like fate of the Jedi book 3 Abyss where Allana solo the granddaughter of Han and Leia dose drink hot chocolate and it is called Hot chocolate is star wars legends as well

Would love to see a continuation of this where the ORI and Wraith see what happens when you attack an Allie of the New Republic

I think Sam can have children, because why have the force ability to heal almost any thing but can't heal that, being tortured by youzhung vong is wores and yet the force can heal them so why not heal that

I have thoroughly enjoyed this story. What a brilliant crossover full of challenges, love, support, adventure, defeat, tragedy... Love seeing things through Sam's perspective, and the characterizationher learning to master her anger from her time in slavery and her slow movement towards liberty of mind, body, heart, and soulwell, it's perfect.
