| Lunaria Hyperion chapter 1 . 2/14/2006
Very well done, I liked this, it was different but it made sense.
| Jennsyn chapter 1 . 12/30/2004
Wow. This story really affected me. And its quite possibly the best Xellos angst that I've seen. The characters are so real, its amazing.
Poor Xellos-kun, makes you want to give him a hug, doesn't it? I thought you got Gourry's and Lina's relationship down to a tee, from that angle. Makes me sad really, that they don't really love each other (in this perspective). I am of an opinion that there is a great friendship there, but this unfailling and stupid loyalty seems more probable.
Favorite line: "loyalty is not love. I had a thousand years, and spent them all on my knees, chained and gagged, a ventriloquist's marionette."
Great imagery. Good flow too. I really liked it. Keep it up.

This is certainly the most erudite story I have ever read involving Gourry. A very intersting narrative.
| Authoress Tams chapter 1 . 12/20/2003
Wow...this was just...wow...amazing! It's very original, how Xellos could be so envious of humans' free will, and they don't even do anything with it sometimes. That's genius. It was a very descriptive story, very well done. Keep up the awesome work!
