![]() ![]() ![]() *applauds vigorously* F*ing brilliant. |
![]() ![]() ![]() At times it is a bit unclear but the characterization was good. |
![]() ![]() ![]() There are no words... This is so beautiful and so terrible and so real. I'm actually crying. I've never read a better Joker's perspective. You really have him down. Brilliant. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I wish there was a word to describe this fic that I've never used before because this was like nothing I've ever read. You are so talented, I mean it takes a great writer to pull off writing the Joker in first person but an incredible writer to actually pull some emotion out of his character. you did both and for that I applaud *Whoopee* :D well doen on this amazing fic ! - DD |
![]() ![]() ![]() I... am...SPEECHLESS! That was pure amazing! Hands down the best Joker fanfiction I have ever read! I only wish I could write like you -sigh- Beautiful, my dear. It seems like you really got into character about this. It was beautiful I got a little emotional. Wow. Good job. I hope to read more from you. Love Val. |
![]() ![]() ![]() That was certainly a beautifully thought provoking read. I especially liked the slightly disjointed way you wrote the jokers thoughts. |
![]() ![]() Wow, this was a really incredible fanfiction. First of all, before I start, I just wanted to know how exactly you got into the mind of the joker? I want to write a fanfic as well, but I'm finding it very difficult to get into the Joker's mindset, so I'd love to know how you accomplished that-it takes talent. Okay, no the review: You truly captured the joker's character, I could hear him saying/thinking almost everything that was written. The line "you can't forget what you can't fully remember" was especially powerful because that's the case with the Joker: not even he is clear on his past. I also love the "clubbing" part, the dialogue/thought process there and the actions he takes are very true to his character. I really love this because it allows you to get into his mind and figure out what goes on in there, how he works things out. I think the last part with Harley was one of my favorite parts. It really tugged at my heartstrings, I actually cried. I like how with the dialogue, you don't have to say exactly how he sounded when he said it or whether or not the answer was abrubt-less is more and you did that very well. I think the only thing that bothered me slightly, and I'm no expert on Joker/Harley stuff so forgive me if I'm wrong, but although Joker does have strong feelings for Harley, something like love, she was more of a pawn that he could easily manipulate to do his bidding. This shows more of him just really, truly loving her, which is great because it's different. It's just slightly off. One more thing, I really loved how you got through the fact that he is insane, no matter how much sense he makes, and that the Joker has no goal of getting Harley in bed, because he doesn't. Sex would do close to nothing for him, so that is very true to him. I'm sorry this is so long! Great job! |
![]() ![]() ![]() this is AMAZING! wonderful, each and every word was great. loved how you wrote this. very passionate and i got teary eyed towards the last few words. i love it! & you made me fall in love with him, lol. thanx for writing this piece :] |
![]() ![]() ![]() Holy Mother of God, that was good! That last line just got me, man. Amazing work. |
![]() ![]() ![]() To be honest I was never a really big fan of the batman. I only read this because it was on the faveorites list of another author I really like. But I don't regret it! It really was a great story and I really do love it! Especially the insainity! That was just great! I mean especially the entire 'sky turning to green until you think it was always green' thing. I think that was my favorite part because it was completely and utterly true. This is going in my faves! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Holy...Freakin'...Crap. Thsi is AWESOME! No one that I've known has made the Joker so descriptive like this. All I've seen is when horny fangirls get together with the Heath Ledger Joker. This is the greatest Joker x Harlequinn story I've ever laid eyes on. Pat yourself on the back! Your Obediant Friend, Purple |
![]() ![]() ![]() Beautiful - just beautiful! I love the way this is done, from Joker's POV, especially this bit: "If it seems like I don’t love her, know that I kill those who I want gone and I try and kill those I need desperately. So desperately that my desire, my need tortures me." Also your portrayal of insanity, like the sky going green little by little, and his absolute disgust with people who cling to the 'normal' world. What else can I say? I love it! Well done. Although I will say that the song lyrics at the end are a bit over the top; I don't think they add anything. Otherwise, absolutely perfect! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I remember Harley as a kid, and she was one of my favorite characters...alongside The Joker of course ] This was utterly beautiful and it was nice to read something on The Joker's perspective for once. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love it! your image of the Joker is radical, but at the same time, real. Do you have a sort of...fallow-up to this story? a sequal of some sorts? if you do I would be greatly interested. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Probably your best story. Beautifully written. ... that's all I can say. ~~Dawny~~ |
