| Pipe Dream chapter 2 . 8/15/2015
Aaawww now I really want more on their happy, zany family life
I mean 3 years of these three, Rush, Eddie and poor Dr Light? God there's gotta be some good tales to tell
I know you only really do novelizations, but would it be possible to request a one-shot series about the 3 years between these? You could jus update sporadically, whrnever you have an idea, but i think it'd be extremely popular not just with myself. Speaking as someone who has read a lot of your mega man fabrics, and intends to read them all, you've got such a grasp in these characters and their development and personalities as well as plenty of ideas for adorably hilarious family moments with them already, everything from referencing past event WHICH HAPPENED IN SAID 3 YEARS, to talking to others about each other
I just absolutely LOVE their relationship, and the particular way you do it so much already I was hoping for some source of that specificaly

makes you wonder what would have happened if Rock had teleported home along with Blues
at least maybe they'd have gotten to say goodbye...

I have a new OTP
| Pippalina chapter 17 . 8/15/2015
its so sad to leave it on a rather unhappy ending
and such a tear-jerking one too!
| Pippalina chapter 14 . 8/14/2015
What Blues was saying about growing up...this last confrontation just goes to prove that Rocks been even more affected, put through even more, and is more damaged than even Proto
That has to be aweful-knowing how badly you've been traumatized by events and then being given solid evidence your little brother is actually even less intact than you are, so pretty damn bad
| pippalina chapter 12 . 8/14/2015
ok Blues dreaming about being home was UTTERLY ADORABLE
| Guest chapter 12 . 8/14/2015
DUN DUN DUN
DAT ENDING THOUGH
| pippalina chapter 10 . 8/13/2015
Brother-whacking badge? Do I even want to know?
| Guest chapter 1 . 8/11/2015
If this is a novelization then is this exactly how the games went? Or is there some artistic licence?
| Pipe Dream chapter 2 . 8/11/2015
OMG THIS CHAPTER IS ADORABLE BEYOND COMPRHENSION except for the ending of course
Now I can't stop thinking about sibling fluff especially between the brothers because Blues is older and quirky and there's the whole fighting and enemies thing going on oh god if this whole "everything's developed and settled down since youknowwhat" was and sweeter or fluffier it would be raining cotton candy

Another masterful work, Magus. Brings back good memories from my Nintendo days. Classically trained FTW!
Oh, I finally noticed the Eddings' quotes. A very nice touch!
Looking forward to more!

I must say this. Even though Wily was insane and a lying bastard, there is one thing that he was without a doubt right about, and something that Mega doesn't seem to get.
There would always be more Robot Rebellions. Even if Wily was killed, or placed in jail for the rest of his life, all it would take would be one person thirsting for power, and it would all start again.
Even after he is gone, they continue in the forms of the Maverick, Elf, 2nd Maverick, and the Bio-metal Wars (my name for the ZX periods conflict).
Anywho, on to the story!

This is another wonderful story.
I really don't know how else to phrase it-your talents in novelizations is too great to put into words.
So I'll just go on to the things I liked. There's the way you wrote Rock; ready to have a happy, normal life, but still haunted by what he's done, leading to an angry despair when he's pulled back into fighting. There's Dr. Cossack, who has all of one line in the game, and who you made into a realistic, tragic character: a man who causes havoc and strife because it's the only way to save his beloved daughter. And there's the Robot Masters. Though only one is aware of what the Rebellion's truly for, they have a fantastic moral ambiguity, truly loyal to Dr. Cossack but not really longing for this madness (especially Bright Man, I loved how you wrote him).
And I LOVED the fight with Wily. More than the games, you've created a twisted, terrifying villain-a monster who doesn't care what misery he causes, or what lives (both human and robot) he ruins, as long as he continues his fight with Mega Man.
Wonderful story. Keep writing, please!

Mega Man never found the girl in the dungeon? What was the point of bringing her up, then?
