2022 you should conclude this with the ending of the return of the king but Buffy marries Aragon.

I wished this had been finished as it was one of my favorites

Good story but I see something of a continuity issue.

At the beginning of the story she's got the scythe. When talking to Whistler and while talking to Ereinion Gil-galadshe still has it. She was holding it when she went through the portal to Lorien. I was surprised that there was no further mention of it at all.

If she still had it in Middle Earth, the elves would have had a high regard for it because few weapons in Middle Earth could be called it's equal. On the other hand had she arrived without it, Buffy would have been rather upset at losing a weapon that was literally destined for her.

It has been some 12 years since I first found this story, and to this day it is undeniably one of my favorites. Should you ever feel the inclination to finish it, I and many others would be much appreciative, but if you, as I suspect, have moved away from fan-fiction more permanently, please know, that I am one of many who are grateful for this magnificent work you have done.

I was 17 when chapter 57 was posted. I'm now 30. And I still keep coming back to this fic, re-reading it from time to time. To me it's one of the best fics ever written.

I don't know what happened to you, hopefully just life in general, but even after all these years I still long for this story to have an end. In another ten years, I'll probably be still re-reading it.

Wow. This entire fic is amazing! I've raced though it in just under three days. It's kept me up at night and gotten my up early each day in joy. I love how you balance humor and terror. I love how even with Buffy here it doesn't feel like victory is assured, you can still feel the peril they are all in. I love watching Aragon and Buffy slowly grow closer, though I wonder still who sent that dream to him. Thank you for sharing this with us. It's been wonderful to read!
