This was a really good story in the end. Shame I've never watched Stargate as that might preclude me from enjoying the sequel. Liked the character development and how many little consequences things had like the mayor's aid turning on him because Faith hadn't killed him etc.

Pleased to see Giles and Horry prevented Buffy and Faith from going through the idiotic ritual. The Slayer's mortality rate is already high; they don't need more piled on top of their usual troubles.
