It's just some swamp gas explosions caused by light reflecting off of Venus, nothing to worry about.
Oh, well nevermind then, back to our normal lives.

Though, to be fair, a man built a pair of cyborgs/androids and a genetically engineered bug that are all able to kill any of the Subzero family without breaking a sweat.
If he had been able to keep living and actually work with Bulma to build defenders for Earth, they could probably stand up to anything short of the Dragon Ball Super enemies.

"Standing slightly off to the side, Zarbon frowned as he watched his master carelessly toss the torn piece of metal over his shoulder, hitting an unfortunate grunt in the face. The soldier squawked in surprise, clapping a hand over a deep gash on his face as dark blood began to gush out of it. Quickly he stumbled out of the room. Freeza didn't even seem to notice as he continued to stare out the window."

Freeza is best evil overlord, too bad he never read The List though, heh.

Clearly the scouters were broken. Yeah. Totally. Heheheh.

Huh, Vegeta is definitely being more proactive than I thought he would be, well in a "find everyone sense".
I figured he would be training extra hard so he could abuse this time travel to get a head start on his rivalry with Goku, heh.

Really brings back memories of the older DBZ when Vegeta freaked out and was willing to join Goku just because the Ginyu Force was coming to Namek. When I first watched that I was actually pretty worried/in suspense, just because I knew Vegeta was already at the planet destroying level, so anyone that made him fear was something to be amazed by...and nowadays the Ginyu Force would be killed by a literal sneeze, heh.

Okay, yeah, I can see why people would be hoping for more of this even years later.
This is awesome. Vegeta is both in character in such a way that his progress shows, but you can tell from the little details that he's still a Renegade for Life, as TFS would say.
Putting that character back into the position where he knows he's completely outclassed by everyone he hates, but also knows how to get stronger and where to find allies (kind of) is a great story to be told.

Thank you for this great story. It now lives kind my head.

I hope you get around to finishing this some day. I have really enjoyed reading what you have written and I would love to read more.

Such an interesting plot and you have executed it well. Its definitely an interesting spin on the time travel aspect. I really, really hope that you find the inspiration to continue this. It is too good to leave unfinished.
