There are a few things I feel could have been improved though. First off, did they really have to SING?

And second, did Hades have to turn into QUITE such a nice guy? It just seems like he turned a little bit too soppy by the end. He could have been a little bit meaner, and still warranted love. Still, you kept his dialogue, and that of the other characters, very much in character.

But for the most part, this story is totally great, and you've done a great job of merging Disney and Greek mythology. Much better than Disney did.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I truly enjoyed your work. And how happy I am to have happened upon it. It is a goo thing you have illustrations cause that's how I found you. By searching for something mildly unrelated on Dev Art and running across them ant then tracking down this story. I loved reading your authors notes at the end of each chapter, they were fun and interesting for me. If you ever decide to print this story somewhere like Lulu, I would gladly pay for it.

Oh wow, I simply loved this fic. I'm so glad I found it. You are truly a talented author not to mention artist! You really got down the Disney style. :p

Luv it! Especially the part that goes, "'Wonderful,' Persephone responded liltingly, with hidden sarcasm that punctured holes in her tongue." 'cause the original Greek that sarcasm comes from means "to bite one's tongue in anger" or something similar. Did you know that?

It was quite delightful-some of the best fanfiction I ever read. I adored how you tried to make sense of the Disney mess. And yes dear, you did way too much research for a fanfiction, but that's okay because I do the exact same thing. :D

It was kind of like an R-rated Disney movie, y'know? You have the yummy lemon scenes (I have to say, they were LOVELY) and then you have the characters bursting out into song Disney-style. I don't know anyone who could pull that off, but you did.

I stalked your deviant art profile and was delighted to find that you're as talented an artist as you are a writer.

I also enjoyed the footnotes at the end-I consider myself to know a lot about Greek mythology, but you were telling me stuff I had no idea about. Fascinating.

And I'm am simply furious that someone tried to plagiarize you. That's like stealing someone's soul...I couldn't imagine what I'd do if someone did it to me.

I also liked the information about the number nine, which is my favorite number. I was born on the ninth month on the ninth day in 1990. How's that for some BA symbolism? :D :D :D

Excellent story. Well-written, nicely paced, and you've done a truly mind-boggling amount of research. It really shows, though, the details give it a rich, involved feel that make it really seem like a 'real' world. Fantastic stuff.
