wow, I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about this story. I was only looking through Hercules fanfic because it's been a while since I've seen the movie/ tv series, so my strange attraction was brought back for Hades. I ended up falling in LOVE with your interpretation of this epic tale of Hades and Persephone, so I would like to congragulate you by giving this story two thumbs WAY UP! I really like how you put your all into so much reaserch, I like that, since I myself did research for quite some time for my own fanfic! I really admire how you blended so well the myth as well as the Disney interpretation of it, so it's a yes for me! Although I would like so see a sequel to it, of how the rulers of the Underworld are going to conceive their child, it would take some time wouldn't it ;) but no matter, you deserve a plate of cookies

Okay, I generally don't read "M" rated stories (let alone romance stories), but I found this one while popping around the TV tropes and decided to give it a go. And, honestly, I am glad I did. It is always nice to find researched and well-written stories for any fandom and it is especially nice for a Disney-related one. I could easily hear the characters' voices from the movie as I read and the poems/songs made it feel exactly like a Disney animated movie (I wish I could write music because my brain provided the perfect soundtrack to your words). I have at least a basic knowledge of the myth you're covering and I loved your take on it. And if you do ever create a sequel for this someday in the distant future, I would like to read it.

I've read and loved this fanfic probably twice before. However, I just finished a course in Classic Mythology and now I really appreciate the depth of detail you put into this story. How you integrated all those stories and still kept the fic so Disney-esque (the puns and subtle references had me smirking almost the whole time) was sublime. Thank you so much for this.

Every detail: the consistency of the characters and their actions, the wealth of words and dialogues, Your characterisation is amazing!...the jokes and puns... the romantic scenes and eroticism... I'm really surprised, this is too good.

And your final appendix ...my god, that cool!. It's a great idea to explain the birth of your ideas and your research process. I feel sad because your ideas were plagiarized, that must be a horrible experience.

And your drawings in deviant are amazing: Your version of Persephone is really beautiful,perfect. She is beautiful, but she is much more... you have created a smart and great character, with her fears, her insecurities and her desire for freedom. And I also love how you draw to Hades and Hecate.
