a wonderful story with a good plot

I have barely started this and I love it already. I don't know when I'll have time to finish all 25K words (!), so I want to post this review now to tell you that I'm really enjoying your story. I like the way each character is getting to hear what jerks they've been - as if you thought TPTB were listening ;)

amazing fic but you made some significant technical errors:

- in 2003 Harm had 18 years (not 16) of service behind him

- Mac left JAG for Lowne in November 1997 and not 20, so it's been 6 years, not 3

- H&M destroyed Stingers in Paraguay, Stingers are FIM-92A; the SA-7 (NATO's designation for it) you wrote in is actually the Soviet-built 9K32 "Strela-2" (strela means 'lightening'); that entered service in 1968 and is awfully obsolete, with terrible performance for these days and old; certainly not what modern, technology-aware terrorists would use

- Mac wouldn't eagerly admit she loves Harm, especially not to a co-worker, while on duty and still at the HQ. The only time on the show that she did admit she's in love with Harm was a slip of the tongue, a mistake that wasn't repeated. She also never told Harm she loves him, not even in the show's finale.

- Harriett doesn't know about Mac's alcoholism and it's only been a little less than 6 years since she fell off the wagon when Lowne was killed; the 10 years you mentioned was before that incident.

- the engagement party was 2 years before in 2001 and not 3 years

Otherwise this was an amazing fic and I loved it.
