Any word on the new version?

Hi! It's been many years since I first read this story, and I don't even like Naruto any more, or even read fanfic all that much, but! This is one of my comfort stories that I circle back around to every few years, just to immerse myself in the world again. Would love to read the rewritten version, but understand if it's not something you're working no anymore!

She's 19 years old right? Why does she act like a child? What's the point of using non-English words? I'd prefer just English instead of mixed and translated speech. The voice in her head and her own admissions inform us she has seen Naruto '10 years ago' like that is an excuse not to remember. It would be one thing if her memory is fuzzy because she was transported to another world, but lame excuses are silly and make her seem stupid. Main characters should be badass not clumsy in words and action. I wish she'd get it together. Sit down and force herself to remember and write it down. Stop doing missions until she is trained. Force the voice in her head to tell her what is going on. She needs to awaken her sharingan. It is pretty obvious she is related to the Uchiha's somehow. I'm going to skip ahead and see if she gets to be a badass main character. if not, I'm going to pass on this.

I really like this story and have actually kept track on it ever since I first read it which was years ago. I hope all is well and you decide to post the newer version. :D

Pfft readers be warned, this is an old, unfinished version

Hm...don't take this the wrong way but your character is kinda...meh. She is a bit to old to act so...like a 12 year old and is way too similar with many stereotypical main female protagonists you see in most anime...Anyway, she would be nicer if she had a more "real" personality, and not be this " there are at least a few of these kind of character in every anime" persona she is like now. Jya.

Are you still thinking in rewriting the story or the project is abandoned?

Once and awhile I'll have the need to hunt down this fanfiction one of the best I've ever read!

you should not have posted this as complete, is deceiving, i'm so disappointed because i don't like read stories incompletes, I thought this was complete is so frustrating reach the end and came across with that. It is true that I did not pay attention to your note but the truth is that I did not see it only I saw it was marked as complete and I let myself go, in fact I did not even notice, but I imagined that it was only an old version and you were rewriting it but still the old one was complete, well there's nothing to do now but to live with my frustration

Aw, god dammit. It’s a really nice story and I love how Kakashi let her in... and how Minato is alive. Kinda hard to find stories with him in it without Kushina. It’s really great... and I hope you haven’t forgotten about posting the new version?

Hi! Long time reader, from back when you were still writing AGNY! Was up and couldn't sleep tonight and decided to come back to read your story, as I do remember it fondly. It is just as good as I remember. Read your author's note at the end, and hoping your job search and new career path worked out wonderfully for you. Whether or not you are able to continue writing this (or rewriting it), wanted to give you a shout out and a thank you for a story that I want to come back to after all this time, and to let you know you still have a fan out there, and I will always look forward to your writing should you start up again. Hope life is treating you well!

I was so into the story that I did not realize how big the cliffhanger was going to be in chapter 27!

This story is well-rounded and has a great plot line. You have a gift. I very much look forward to the revised story!

I would have liked to see more interaction between Kakashi and Yama. They had a lot of one-on-one time in the beginning/middle of the story that was briefly glossed over to cater to the plot focus. I totally understand that. However, Kakashi and Yama are both adults in very stressful environments - if they did not have time to verbally explore their unique relationship, it would make sense that they would give into physical cues or expressions. I believe Kakashi and Yama would give in to more than just brief talks or a peck on the forehead here and there, if they were drawn strongly to each other in the first place.

Kakashi is a lifelong ninja and has PTSD - as was described in the last few chapters of him having troubles with developping relationships due to the ninja lifestyle. Kakashi would be prone to carnal desires and have a primal edge, especially when confronted with attraction to Yama. Due to Kakashi's strong analytical thinking, he would be able to reign himself in either during or after the fact and allow Yama space in between their interactions to process, but only for so long. Dominant men are definitive people and would not be able to wait almost a year for a concrete answer.

This is strictly my own personal opinion. I have no idea where the story is going (which I enjoy very much). All of the twists and turns are great and I do not want to expound on that for the sake of curious readers who check reviews before the story.

This is such a cute story!

I am still in the middle of reading this story and curiosity got the best of me - I read the last chapter to see who ends up together and found an author's note instead.

I hope you've had some good opportunities with job hunting and are settling nicely into the field of business! I look forward to reading the revised (and continued) version.
