I love it! (although I hate Temari/Shikamaru) It's a good story and I can't wait for more.

I was online when this was posted. Yay! Excellent chapter yet again. Well, well, if it isn't Temari. (How troublesome!) Actually, I like the way you portrayed her. Poor Shikamaru, he's so cluless with women. Good thinking getting away from Temari though, she seems like she's going to be trouble.

I loved Naruto's advice to Kankuro. That was hilarious!

Interesting that all of Ino's boyfriends have been dumping her lately...

Amusing, I'm amazed at Shikamaru's ability to go from fearful and embaressed to teasing in a matter of seconds. Nice "push" from him to Hinata and Naruto as well.

Aw, it was very sweet of Shikamaru to get Naruto and Hinata together. With Ino though, he's acting like such a teenage boy, missing all the obvious signs that she wants him to ask her out. *sigh*

This chapter was funny, as they all have been. I loved the line "A person wearied of wearing mesh all the time." For some reason that one had me bursting out laughing. I can't wait for the next chapter! I'm loving Ino and Shikamaru so much I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about Temari coming into the picture.

This fic is absolutely adorable! I love it. Great characterization, both the established characters and the OCs. I'll tell you, though - I don't trust Naomi. She's too perfect. Maybe the dishpan hands way back when were just a red herring, but I'm thinking maybe not. Time will tell...

Wow! This story is incredible. I just read the whole thing today and it has left me speechless and wanting more. You have such a wonderful grasp on Shikamaru - they way you write his introspection is just stunning. ITA that, because he's a genius, Shikamaru is more self-aware than many of the others. I feel so bad for him when he angsts over Ino. Speaking of angst - you do it just right. There's not enough where it gets bogged down but there are plenty of things to make you say, "aw!" Thanks so much for a wonderful story! I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter!

A very good story, a little depressing but it works for this story really well. I like how this has been from Shikamaru's perspective. I don't think i've seen a fic go for this long without him suddenly becoming out of character or turning to focus on someone else.

I'm looking foward to this as it continues.
