I don't think Voldemort can used the items, since Death Eaters stole the items,not won it at a game or is destined to have them which Voldemort isn't destined to have so the items are worthless to him and he needs someone with Shadow Magic or knows all about the items to help him out like Malik, Ryou/Bakura, Yugi/Yami, Isis, Shadi, Yami Malik,etc.

OH NO Voldemort got some of the Items! Will the others be able to prevent things from worsening?
